These Terms & Services explain how visitors, patients, carers, and newsletter readers may use the Aurelia website at blendairmechanical3.com. By browsing pages, submitting a form, or requesting an appointment, you agree to the conditions below. The site is an information and enquiry channel for healthcare services offered under the Aurelia name. It describes departments, clinicians, educational articles, and care-plan outlines. It is not an emergency response system, not a prescribing portal, and not a substitute for an in-person clinical examination. Nothing published here creates a clinician–patient relationship until a visit is confirmed and a clinician accepts you into care.
Health articles are written for general education. They may mention symptoms, medicines, or exercises. They cannot account for your allergies, other conditions, or the medicines you already take. Do not start, stop, or change treatment because of a blog post or pricing description.
Forms on this website are reviewed during planned clinic hours. They are not monitored minute by minute. If you believe you have a medical emergency—such as severe chest pain, sudden weakness on one side, uncontrolled bleeding, fainting, or serious difficulty breathing—seek emergency help immediately. Do not wait for a website confirmation message.
Aurelia is not responsible for delay, deterioration, or harm that occurs because an urgent situation was sent through an appointment, contact, subscribe, or unsubscribe form instead of an emergency service.
When you complete a form you confirm that the name, email, phone number, date of birth if requested, and clinical description are true to the best of your knowledge. Providing another adult’s details requires their permission, except where you are the legal parent or recognised carer of a child or a person who cannot act for themselves.
False or incomplete information can lead to an unsuitable booking, a cancelled visit, or a delay in care. You are responsible for updating us if your medicines, allergies, or contact email change before the appointment.
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A representative will review capacity, clinician availability, and the nature of the concern. Confirmation happens only when you receive a follow-up message that states the clinician, date, and any preparation instructions.
We may offer a different clinician or a longer slot if the description suggests a complex review. We may decline a request that is outside the services we provide, that appears to be an emergency, or that cannot be safely managed in an outpatient setting.
If you cannot attend a confirmed visit, write to the care desk as soon as possible so another patient can use the time. Repeated unannounced absences may lead to a request for pre-visit confirmation before future bookings.
Pricing pages show planning figures and typical inclusions. They are not a binding quote. Final fees depend on the services actually delivered, the clinician involved, and any tests or therapy sessions added after assessment. A plan does not guarantee a particular outcome, a same-day specialist visit, or admission to a hospital service.
Medicines, devices, external laboratory work, and procedures performed outside Aurelia are billed separately unless a written confirmation says otherwise. Refund questions are handled by email after a visit summary is reviewed.
Clinicians exercise independent professional judgement. Two specialists may reasonably recommend different sequences of tests. You may ask for an explanation, a written summary, or a second opinion. You may also decline a recommended test or treatment after the risks of declining have been discussed.
Aurelia does not promise that every condition can be identified on a first visit. Some diagnoses require time, repeated measurements, or imaging that is scheduled later. Patience is part of safe medicine.
Text, layout, logo, photographs commissioned or licensed for this site, and the arrangement of pages belong to Aurelia or to their respective owners. You may share a page link for personal or educational purposes. You may not copy large portions of content, scrape clinician biographies, or reuse the logo on another service without written permission.
The Aurelia hexagon mark and wordmark identify our healthcare services. Using them in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or clinical approval of another product is not allowed.
You agree not to use the website to send malware, automated spam, or messages that harass staff or other patients. You agree not to attempt to access private records, test environments, or files that are not published for the public. You agree not to impersonate a clinician or a patient.
We may block an email address or browser that is used to flood forms, to post abusive language, or to collect clinician data for unrelated marketing.
If you subscribe, you ask to receive educational notes and clinic updates. Frequency may change with seasons and public-health topics. You can leave the list at any time through the unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing stops marketing and education emails; it does not cancel a booked visit or delete a medical record created during care.
We will not sell your newsletter address. We may use a reputable email tool to send messages. Those tools process addresses only to deliver the letters you requested.
Social sharing buttons open other services. Those services have their own terms. Aurelia is not responsible for content, advertising, or data practices on destinations we do not operate. Use sharing tools only if you are comfortable with the other service seeing the page address you chose to send.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aurelia and its clinicians, staff, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, from reliance on general articles, or from delay in reading a form. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed.
The website is provided as a static information service. Temporary interruption, browser incompatibility, or a form that cannot be submitted because of a local device problem does not create a claim for damages.
You agree to hold Aurelia harmless from claims that arise because you submitted another person’s information without authority, used the site for a purpose we did not permit, or republished our content in a misleading way.
Departments, clinician availability, opening hours, and plan prices can change. We may update these terms when services change, when the law requires a clearer notice, or when we add a new form. The date at the end of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Parents and recognised carers may request visits for children. Teenagers who can understand a discussion are encouraged to take part in decisions that affect their bodies. Adult patients should not create accounts or forms in a child’s name for adult treatment.
Once a clinician accepts you into care, clinical notes, test results, and letters become part of a health record governed by professional duties and by our Privacy Policy. These website terms continue to apply to how you use the public pages; they do not replace the duties that apply to medical records.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, describe the agreement for website use. Additional consent forms may be used at the time of a clinical visit. If a later signed clinical consent is more specific about a procedure, that consent governs the procedure. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
