Fees are shown as monthly guidance for planning. A coordinator will confirm the exact package after reviewing your needs. No plan replaces emergency care.
Plans are designed for planned care: reviews, screening, dental hygiene, therapy bundles, and coordinated specialist visits. They do not include hospital admission, emergency procedures, or medicines dispensed outside the clinic.
Households often start with Essential and move to Family when children or older relatives join the same record. Complete is intended for people managing several long-term conditions who need a named coordinator and faster imaging bookings.
If you already have coverage through another organisation, we can still see you for individual visits. Write to the care desk with the plan name you are considering and the conditions you want supported. A representative will explain which services overlap and which would be billed separately.
We do not lock families into a plan without a review conversation. You may request a change after the first month if the mix of visits does not match real life. Honesty about frequency is better than a package that looks complete on paper and sits unused.
